Southton Meadows Subdivision is a single-family residential development located within Bexar County and the City of San Antonio Extraterritorial Jurisdiction.
With an increasing demand for more affordable homes, the developer of the subdivision contracted KCI to provide a variety of lots ranging from 20 to 45 feet wide. KCI created a master development plan (MDP) that provided an efficient lot layout and processed the subdivision plats through the required regulatory agencies for approval. Our team prepared construction plans that included utilities, streets, drainage, grading, a recreation center, and a lift station for the development. KCI also designed two detention ponds to reduce adverse impacts on other properties, habitable structures, and drainage infrastructure systems downstream.
