KCI provided construction management and inspection services for the construction of 7.63 miles of new roadway along SH 211.
The project consisted of a new, two-lane roadway within newly acquired right-of-way and included multiple bridge structures, retaining walls and culverts.
Our team provided constructability reviews at each design phase and participated in utility coordination meetings identifying potential issues and flaws in utility sequencing. During construction, KCI reviewed the schedule, identifying problems and changes for each month, and provided full-time inspection and materials/construction management support. These services included monthly SWPPP controls inspection, subsurface structure installation, bridge and roadway construction, signage and traffic signal installation, and vegetation reestablishment.
