KCI worked closely with Hammond Wilson Architects to provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and fire protection design, in addition to construction phase services, to facilitate the transformation of an existing structure into Real Ale Revival (RAR) Brewing, a Cambridge-based brewery, now located in West Annapolis.
Due to limitations imposed by the existing building, KCI had to coordinate diligently with the kitchen consultant and architect to ensure a seamless integration of all the necessary equipment, both indoors and on the roof. Our team also helped incorporate a host of additional features, including designing gas heaters for the patio to enable year-round enjoyment, establishing ductwork in the dining room with a simple and unobtrusive design, and coordinating with specialty lighting control vendors to create various electrical elements and entertainment features within the dining room. These amenities and others will offer a revitalized space for consumers to enjoy.
