KCI and MH Consulting showcased a synergistic partnership in the seamless integration of project management, engineering and regulatory approval as well as construction management and project closeout for a public safety communications upgrade in Franklin County, Virginia.
This particular project had several unique requirements including a failing structure in which we counseled the client into replacing the tower versus attempting an expensive modification of the existing tower and then transitioned from a collocation site to the new requirements for a raw land site, such as geotechnical investigation and archaeological investigation for tribal approval.
