KCI is pleased to announce that Melissa Wilcox has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources.
With her expertise in personnel management, resource optimization, and performance oversight, Wilcox will lead HR efforts across the organization. She will continue to drive the company’s strategic HR initiatives, collaborating closely with leadership and senior management to support transformative organizational change and development, contributing to KCI’s ongoing growth and success.
As an integral part of KCI since 1998, and having served in a variety of roles, Wilcox brings a wealth of experience and a nuanced understanding of the firm. Her extensive background includes leadership coaching and consulting and serving as Director of Quality and Organizational Development from 2018 to 2023. She has also demonstrated exceptional leadership as Interim Director of HR in 2018 and again in 2024, equipping her with the insight and expertise to effectively manage HR functions, talent strategy, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

Wilcox earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester and received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Buffalo. Additionally, she has a Chartered Property/Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
