KCI’s Board of Directors unanimously elected CEO Nathan J. Beil, PE, D.WRE, to serve as the firm’s next Chairman of the Board.
Beil succeeds Terry Neimeyer, who recently retired following more than 44 years with the company.

Beil joined KCI in 1988 and within four years, he started the company’s Water Resources Division, which became one of KCI’s top-performing business units. From 1995 to 2001, he served as head of KCI’s Environmental Group, and in 2001, he was promoted to manager of the firm’s Mid-Atlantic region. Beil has served as president of KCI since 2006 and has been instrumental in growing our team and expanding our geographic footprint. In 2018, he assumed the role of chief executive officer, a position he will retain.

Beil earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from Lehigh University in 1983 and 1987, respectively. He is a registered professional engineer in Delaware and Maryland and a Diplomate of Water Resources Engineering. He has also completed the Executive Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and the American Council of Engineering Companies Senior Executive Institute.
