Each inspection team is comprised of Association of Diving Contractors (ADCI)-certified professional engineer divers. After evaluating underwater structural features firsthand, we determine the probable causes of failures and follow up with recommendations for remedial action. We have worked with government agencies, design firms, contractors, developers and property owners to conduct condition assessments, required periodic inspections, hydrographic surveys and construction oversight.
Engineering and land surveying services provided in North Carolina are performed by our associated entity, KCI Associates of North Carolina, P.A.
Employing professional engineers and experienced divers allows our inspection teams to see and feel firsthand the conditions of the structures in often limited- or zero-visibility conditions.
