Seth Cheney is a senior project manager who specializes in the technical and administrative aspects of environmental compliance. He is an expert in conducting environmental compliance inspections; performing environmental site investigations; completing asbestos and lead inspections and preparing remedial designs; performing UST compliance inspections; and providing technical oversight of contractors performing remedial work or completing compliance-related fuel system upgrades.
He has particular expertise in providing these services for various modes of transportation (highway, rail, port, and aviation) and supporting state and local governments. Seth is an expert in interpreting and applying federal and state UST/AST regulations and related industry and fire protection codes and standards and is highly versed in the development of technical specifications, bid packages and cost estimating.
Seth is a graduate of Leadership Baltimore County and earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Allegheny College. He is a licensed lead risk assessor, lead inspector, asbestos inspector and asbestos management planner. He is certified in Maryland to inspect underground storage systems.
