Megan Crunkleton is an environmental scientist in KCI’s Natural Resources Practice in Maryland. Since joining the firm in 2008, she has gained experience in pollutant load modeling using the Chesapeake Assessment Scenario Tool (CAST) and related Bay Program models to help guide planning efforts towards achieving MS4 NPDES permit, local TMDL and Chesapeake Bay TMDL pollutant reduction requirements. Megan develops automated methods to calculate pollutant loads and reductions through geodatabase scripts and data exports. In addition, she has experience in the assessment of stream and watershed health.
Megan earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in environmental science from Towson University. She is a member of and a certified ecologist through the Ecological Society of America.
