David Eberspeaker, PE, CCMDavid Eberspeaker is a vice president and practice leader for construction engineering and inspection in the Carolinas. His career spans three decades in construction project management and business development. He joined KCI in 2010 as the quality control project manager for the Triangle Parkway design-build project in Raleigh.

His experience includes managing projects for state transportation agencies in Florida, South Carolina and North Carolina. David also served as an officer in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps where he managed Department of Defense construction projects at the new submarine base at Kings Bay, Georgia, in addition to serving with the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion SEVEN (Seabees) as a Company Commander and Detail Officer-in-Charge during deployments to Guam, Greece, Puerto Rico and Bermuda. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. David is a registered professional engineer in multiple states and is a Certified Construction Manager by the Construction Management Association of America.
